You can teleport anywhere you have been previously.
At the begining of the game rent the cheapest car then purchase your
own car. Recommended car is the Saturn Sky Roadster, because it is
cheap and you will leave you enough money to buy a house. As soon as
you get to go on your own house, choose the map and visit every shop,
car-dealer, lobby, and club. Next time you don't have to travel, you
can teleport to anywhere you want.
