You can unlock the listed option at the "Extra Contents" screen,
by collecting the following items at the specified location.

Unlock "CG Collection" option:
Collect the Album in Chapter 1.

Unlock "Voice Collection" option:
Collect the Spiral Shell from Reiche after Chapter 3, and give him
3 unidentified mushrooms.

Unlock "Sound Test" option:
Collect the Music Sheet in Chapter 4.

Unlock "Item Manual" option:
Collect the Item Manual from Claude after Chapter 2, and give him
the correct code.

Unlock "High Score" option:
Collect the Valdes Scripture in Chapter 4.

Unlock "Face Collection" option:
Collect the Magic Mirror in Chapter 6.

Unlock "Chapter 8" option:
Collect the Key To Hell in Chapter 5.
