Easy trick:
Player has the ball, don't move with you, and quickly press R, R, R.
Easy wins:
Edit to your team's stats. You can change all attributes to 99 rating.
Easy goals:
Move near the goal post. If anyone tries to tackle you, leg it and
go the goal post. Press Square and the ball should go in.
