Cheat mode:
Go to level selection screen. Press L + R at to bring up
the code entry screen. After, use the D-pad to enter one of
the following codes. Press X to activate the cheat codes.
Effect - code:
Stage select - Enter LVLANY1
Disable stage select - Enter LVLANY0
Toggle Invincibility - Enter INVINC1
Disable invincibility - Enter INVINC0
