Unlockable bonus stage:
Achieve the top high score in each level in a world to
unlock that world's bonus stages.
Level select cheat:
Choose two player mode, then enter "hg?" as your initials.
Go back to the main menu and start a single player game!
Go to the world selection screen, then hold L + R and
press Select to unlock all levels. If you want to deactivate
the cheat, hold L + R and press Select again.
